At Atlasium Ltd (“Atlasium,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we aim to process your orders quickly and efficiently. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and this policy explains your rights and how cancellations are handled.
1. Eligibility for Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped or processed for dispatch.
After 24 hours, or if your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@atlasiumgroup.com.
Include your order number, product name, and reason for cancellation.
We will confirm whether your request can be processed.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved, any payments made will be refunded to your original payment method (Stripe, Shopify Payments, or PayPal).
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may still be eligible for a return under our Refunds & Returns Policy once the item has been delivered.
