This Return Policy sets out how customers can return products purchased through our brands, platforms, or directly from Atlasium.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns for physical products can be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.


Items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In original packaging with all labels, seals, and accessories intact

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase


Note: Returns for services, consultancy, or investment agreements are governed by the contract you signed.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used personal-care or hygiene items

  • Digital goods or subscriptions after delivery

  • Gift cards, coupons, or promotional credits

  • “Final sale” or clearance products

  • Completed consultancy or incubation projects



3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged in transit, or supplied in error.
    To arrange an exchange, email support@atlasiumgroup.com with your order number or reference.


4. Shipping for Returns

  • Unless due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. How to Return an Item

Contact support@atlasiumgroup.com with:

  • Order number or service agreement reference

  • Product/service details and reason for return

  • Photos of any damage or defect (if applicable)


We will confirm the return address and next steps.


6. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer-protection law.
