1. Processing Times

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

  • Once your order has been prepared and handed over to our carrier, you’ll receive an email confirmation with shipment details.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery of your order.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • UK & EU: 5–10 business days

    • International (MENA, USA, other regions): 7–15 business days

  • Please note: delivery times may vary depending on customs, local couriers, or unforeseen delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, service level, and order size/weight.

  • From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions; these will be clearly displayed at checkout.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking information lets you monitor the status of your shipment and view the estimated delivery date.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For orders shipped outside the UK, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by your destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. In case of lost or undelivered items, we may offer a replacement or refund in line with our Refunds & Returns Policy.


7. Incorrect Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for entering a valid shipping address during checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
