  • Refunds for services, consulting, or incubation work are handled under the cancellation/refund clauses in your signed agreement.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Physical goods must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Refunds for services or investments depend on the terms of the relevant contract or engagement letter.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used personal-care or hygiene items

  • Digital downloads, subscriptions, or training material once delivered

  • Gift cards, coupons, or promotional credits

  • Clearance or “final sale” items

  • Completed consultancy or incubation work already performed


4. Processing Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your request, we’ll confirm approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Stripe, Shopify Payments, PayPal, or bank transfer).
